How it all began

 

So the story goes something like this; Eric Shernell the founder was working @ a job in collections (so unrewarding!). One night while flipping through the channels an informercial came on. The "Stuffz" stuffed burger maker, the next day @ that aweful job a lightbulb went off (ding sound). He thought, hey I've been in the restaurant industry & I am a great cook! That's when the idea for a stuffed burger restaurant was born, a mouth watering stuffed burger made with only the freshest ingredients & infused with flavor! So he needed a name right? Hmmm he thought... "I know... "Stuff It Stuffed Burgers" You have to say "Stuff It" in a New York accent like this "Yo Stuff It" ... No that's not it. Hmmm ... another lightbulb moment... Howabout "Mr. Big Stuff's" like the 70's song. That's when Mr. Big Stuff's was born. .....that's how it all began - from just an idea to the 1st EVER stuffed burger truck in San Antonio, Texas.

 

So what's the deal with Mr. Big Stuff's you ask?

 

Well I'm glad you asked! My name is Eric Shernell & I am the founder of Mr. Big Stuff's - Big Stuffed Burgers. We take burgers to a whole new level, by stuffing them with delicious mouth watering ingredients. Mr. Big Stuff's only uses fresh ingredients & we make EVERY burger to order. We use fresh hand pattied ground beef in every burger! Our burgers are spiced to perfection with our very own secret spice receipe.
